That was a misty day at the top of the mountain. Btw, this nature reserve is famous for Japan's smallest dragonfly, 'bout the same size as a 5 yen coin. So cute.

Escape the crowds. This view point is accessible after an easy hike near Mt Kuju. Showing Mt Aso in the distance. And afterwards...enjoy one of the many hot-springs in this area.
